Career Development Center

The Career Development Center provides individual career guidance and job/internship placement advising and resources. This includes self assessment, career exploration and planning, graduate school information, resume and cover letter critique, interview skill development, advising on job search strategies and employment resources. Our office lists part-time, full time, volunteer and current internship opportunities. For more information about our resources and services go to About Us.

36th Annual Career and Job Fair at The Ohio State University
Wednesday, January 14, 2009 11:30am – 4:00pm
OSU Stadium, Huntington Cub, 411 Woody Hayes Dr. Columbus, OH 

The Ohio State University invites you to attend their 36th Annual Career & Job Fair in the Huntington Club of the Stadium at The Ohio State University. All ODU students and alums are invited to attend. More than 250 company vendors will be on hand to greet fair-goers with part-time and full-time employment opportunities, and they will also share information about their companies. Proctor & Gamble Virtual Career Fair
Looking for an internship or co-op? Register for Proctor & Gamble’s Virtual Career Fair being held on January 14, 2009. Interested students may be of any major, and can connect from any place that has internet explorer. Columbus Blue Jackets 4th Annual Career Fair

The Columbus Blue Jackets invite you to their 4th Annual Career Fair. This exclusive event will give you access to hiring personnel from professional sports teams, college athletics, sports/entertainment marketing companies and several of the area’s leading businesses. Registration for the event is $25.00; the registration includes admission to the career fair and a ticket to the Blue Jackets vs. Senators game that evening at 7:00pm. The Elie Wiesel Prize in Ethics Essay Contest
We are pleased to announce The Elie Wisel Prize in Ethics Essay Contest submissions are now open and the deadline for the contest is December 19, 2008. The contest is open to full-time juniors and seniors with an interest in writing and ethical principles. Your entry may also be eligible for the $5,000 grand prize.
