Basics of College Composition
This presentation is a review of the basics of writing college-level compositions and reports. (This slide presentation requires you have installed Microsoft PowerPoint).

process and can be on a one-time or extended-time basis. Writing specialists may
provide access to reference books, handouts, and computers and may provide
assistance for any writing task from brainstorming to identifying grammar and
punctuation errors. Students who come to the ARC for writing assistance can expect
to be active participants who collaborate with the writing specialist about their

mechanics, and format of your essay. That help, however, does not guarantee a
particular grade or instructor approval. The party responsible for the quality of
any paper is the writer.
