Hey Everyone
I hope that everyone has had a good break over the last couple of weeks. I know that break has went really fast for me and I really miss my friends on campus. My break has been full of work and going to my brother's basketball games and hanging out with my friends. Also been singing in my church choir and keeping up with all the performances that we have had to perform at. Even though I am having a lot of fun at home, I am ready to go back to Columbus and see my friends and live on campus again. I really miss living in the dorms and getting to be in class and be around my friends all the time. I can't believe that the second semester of my freshman year. I get to start a class for my major this semester and one for my minor. I can not wait to finally get started with classes that will open a lot of other different classes that I can take the beginning of my sophomore year. I just can't wait to finally be back in my regular routine again and get my classes started. Well I have to get going so that I can get up for work early in the morning. I hope that the rest of everyones break goes well.

Hey Everyone!
I can't believe that finals are over already. I only had two but they required me to study hard for the them and to know a lot of information. Tuesday I had my IDS exam. It was to cover the readings from the class and some of the information we learned from speakers that came into class. Then I got a night off and hung with my friends. We hung out before we all were going to be split up for five weeks. They helped me load my car with my things that night before I left. Then the next day, Thursday, I had my economics exam. It was a lot better than what I was expecting it to be. After my final I finished putting the things in my car and headed home for the long, but needed break. I had many mixed emotions about going on break. I was going to miss my friends a great deal and not being able to see some till January again is going to be really hard for me and also being at home for that long is going to drive me insane. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to go home and stay, but when you are used to being on your own it's hard to have my parents around again. A good thing about coming home was that I got to see my friends from high school and my best friends. I really miss them and don't get to see them a whole lot. Now that I am home, I'm working all of my break and getting money saved up to help go towards school. Over all I am really glad to be home, but really miss the ODU campus and my friends from there as well.

Hey Everyone!
Thanksgiving break was finally here and I was so thankful. But I also missed my friends at school a lot. I left Tuesday after choir practice at 6. We had to have practice because we have three performances this week. Monday we have a sound check and then a performance for President Nedwek. There is some kind of a meal and he is speaking for a group of people. Then Wednesday the chorus is going to the convention center downtown Columbus and performing for a business group. Then finally Friday is here and we are singing Christmas carols at the annual Christmas tree lighting for the campus. I am really excited for the upcoming week and the different types of performances we are doing and for all the different groups we are going to be performing in front of. This week is going to fly by with everything that I have going on. Besides just doing the performances for choir, I have to do homework and hang out with my friends before the long Christmas break. Now I have to make sure that I have everything for my performance tomorrow and try and read a little from a book for English class. I hope that everyone has a good week and had a good Thanksgiving.

Hey Everyone
I hope that you all had a good week. I know that time flew this last week for me. I cannot believe that my first semester of college is about over. The next three weeks are going to go by so fast. Like this week is Thanksgiving already and then we come back for a week of class and then finals week and its Christmas break. Last week went by so fast because I became ill. I fell ill with a horrible migraine on Tuesday and still have the same headache six days later. I went home this weekend to get it checked out. The doctor said there was not much they could do for it.
Also this weekend I went and visited my grandmother who is recovering in the hospital from her broken hip. But I had another member of my family in the hospital this week, my grandfather. But he is at home now and doing much better. I went to a football game of a team that plays in the same league as my high school. They won and are advancing to the State finals. I watched the legendary OSU vs. Michigan game with my family. I was glad that I was not in Columbus after OSU won. Well it is going to be a busy week with trying to get things done before going on break for five days. I hope that everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving and that you eat a lot of turkey.
