Ohio Dominican University ’s Economics major develops awareness of economic issues and policy perspectives which enable students to analyze individual, business, and public economic decisions.

With the liberal arts emphasis, students also gain the tools necessary to think critically about the implications of economic policy decisions on people and cultures at home and abroad. And while the major is theoretically oriented, providing students with an understanding of the way markets work, the program offers practical, real-life applications as well.
